Who is the Curious Chef?
The Curious Chef, otherwise known as Jason, is a classically trained chef with nearly four decades of experience.
Since a young age he has always had a love of food, and a curiosity to match.
Jason trained in London and Southampton before moving back to Kent, gaining a wealth of experience working in many fabulous hotels, pubs and restaurants.
Working his way up through the ranks of kitchen life, he eventually opened his own Restaurant & Bar in Minnis Bay, and also a Seafood Restaurant in Dover.
He then went on to own a delicatessen, where he and his team produced all their own charcuterie, salumi, pickles, preserves, chutneys, plus many more products, leading him to win the prestigious "Taste of Kent, Producer of the Year" Award.
He also had a famous Cupcake Café and a Small Bistro, in the historic town of Margate.
He now dedicates his work life to Private Chef Services.
